Specify before you sell
The shortest route to trust is to prove quality with standards, certificates and specifications, and to let facts, not adjectives, do the persuading.
Adjectives are cheap. Evidence is not. We decline claims we cannot substantiate and products we cannot verify, even when the market would accept them.
Specifying before selling changes the conversation with a client: from persuasion to verification, from promise to proof.
It is slower. It is also the only way to build a name that survives the phone call that checks it.
